Stormy weather is the best reason to go to Michael's. The entire thing (including needles) cost just under $9. After I read the directions 100 times I got the hang of it, although I couldn't tell you how I figured a few parts out. I tied knots on the ends for a more casual look (or because I messed up the directions from the beginning and had no other choice. either way.).
